What does the HSK practice test cover?

Each practice test covers HSK 3.0 reading comprehension across real exam topic areas. Questions are drawn randomly from our question bank — 5 per topic — so every attempt is different.

Is this test aligned with the new HSK 3.0 standard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The topics and difficulty are designed around the HSK 3.0 (2021) exam standard, which replaced the old 6-level system with 9 levels. Our questions use vocabulary and grammar appropriate for each level.

Why is this reading-only? What about listening and writing?

Accepted Answer

Reading comprehension is the skill most relevant to graded-reader practice. A browser-based tool can reliably test reading, whereas listening requires audio playback and writing requires character input — both planned for future versions.
